Together, the Top 25 Builders contributed to an impressive $3.1 billion in gross revenue and built 5,600 housing units in 2023. This included 4,112 single-family homes and 1,518 multifamily units, underlining the strong demand for diverse housing options across the state.
Leading the pack once again is Lennar, a household name that has dominated the rankings since 2006. Lennar’s gross revenue reached an astonishing $895 million, with 1,859 housing units completed, including 1,186 single-family homes and 673 multifamily units. The company’s consistent performance speaks volumes about its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
