A profile includes your specialties, service cities, awards, license verification against MN DLI, and an editorial description, plus placement on every directory page for the (city, specialty) pairs you serve. Featured Placement — $99/month

Month to month. Cancel any time. No contract. One builder per city, across every city you serve — not one slot, all of them. This is a founding rate: if you join now, $99 is held for twelve months even when the list price rises.

More weight in our matching service. When a homeowner asks to be matched, featured placement adds 10 points to your score — the same weight as matching their budget band. It never puts you in front of someone whose city or project type you don't serve. The full rule is written down on how we rank.

The honest numbers

Most directories won't show you this. These are our actual Search Console figures for the last full quarter, pulled 14 August 2026:

87,683 impressions and 195 clicks across the directory.
Builder profiles are the strongest pages we have — 5,023 impressions and 64 clicks, a 1.27% click-through rate, roughly eight times what our city pages do.
City pages are weaker: 6,848 impressions, 11 clicks. If someone sells you "the top slot on a city page" without telling you that, ask them for the number.
73% of the quarter's clicks came in the last 28 days. This is small and growing quickly, and both halves of that sentence are the point.

So here is the honest pitch: at $99 a month, cancellable the day it stops being worth it, you are buying a position early on a property that is growing, an exclusive slot nobody else can occupy in your city, and weight in a matching service — not a flood of traffic. If you need volume today, buy leads from someone with volume today. If you want the top of a Minnesota-specific directory before it gets expensive, this is the moment it is cheap.

How we're different from Angi and Houzz

Never shared. Angi and Porch resell the same lead to three to eight contractors. We don't resell anything, and only one builder per city holds the slot.
No contract. Angi's standard terms are twelve months with a 30–35% early-termination fee. Ours is month to month.
No per-lead billing. One flat monthly number, so your cost doesn't rise because we sent you tyre-kickers.
The ranking rule is published. Every ordering and scoring effect of paying us is written on one page, in numbers.
