“By water” means the parcel sits in a DNR lake/shoreland area — not necessarily lakefront. “Wooded” is measured tree canopy from the 2015 UMN 1-m dataset (modeled — conditions may have changed). More lifestyle filters (cul-de-sac) are coming as we ingest the data.
