What we collect and why

When you ask to talk to builders about a lot, we collect the contact details and project preferences you enter (name, email, phone, budgets, timeline, and similar). We use them to connect you with home builders — this is a request to find a builder, not a real-estate listing, offer, or representation.

Who we share with

We only share your details after you give explicit consent, and only with the named partners you consented to: HomeBuildersMN and HomeBuildersMN vetted builder partners. We record each consent (what, when, and which policy version) as a consent-ledger entry.

Usage analytics

First-party event counts. To know whether this tool is useful we count coarse usage events ourselves — for example, “a search used the wooded filter” or “a lot page linked someone to a builder.” These events carry no cookies, no device identifiers, no IP address, and no personal information, and they cannot be tied to you.

Google Analytics. This site also uses Google Analytics, which does set cookies and assign your browser a random identifier, and which receives your IP address. We use it to see how people arrive at this tool and whether it leads anywhere useful. Before each measurement is sent we remove: the private link token from any shared report or partner page, the street address from lot-page titles, and every query parameter except your city, the link you followed, and standard campaign tags. We never send your name, email, phone, or a parcel’s address or PIN. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
