About Dercon Construction Services
Dercon Construction Services is an Andover remodeler founded in 2004 by Dean Marquette, with a name drawn from his two sons, Derek and Conner, who have been involved in the business since its start. The firm handles kitchen and main-level remodels, bathrooms, lower-level finishing, additions, and exterior work including windows, doors, siding, and roofing across the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area. An in-house team works alongside trusted contractors and suppliers, and both sons now hold design, sales, and general-management roles.
