Fitzke Custom Homes is a deliberately small-volume Lakeville builder led by Jaren Fitzke, who started in residential construction in 1997 and holds a construction management degree. The firm builds only a few homes a year — on acreage, lake lots, and in the Parkland Village and Doolin Heights neighborhoods — keeping itself small enough to work directly with each client.
Housing First Minnesota has given it five Reggie Awards, in 2015, 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2023, and its homes have appeared in the Parade of Homes in 2018 through 2022 and again in 2025. It is a member of Housing First Minnesota, NAHB, the South Central Builders Association, and the BBB.
