About K.A. Witt Construction

Written from the sources above

K.A. Witt Construction is a family-owned contractor in New Prague, founded in 1934 and now in its fourth generation. It builds new homes in the southern Twin Cities metro from its own floor plans or personalized designs drawn by its in-house drafter, with interior designers on staff, and also offers residential remodeling and restoration, commercial construction and excavation.

The firm says it has lots around the south metro and can also build on a client's lot, and it lists two new neighborhoods, Eastland single-family and Eastland townhomes. It also runs a real estate arm, K.A. Witt Real Estate.

K.A. Witt has entered homes in the Parade of Homes, including spring 2014, fall 2015, fall 2017 and spring 2024, and its spring 2024 Parade home in Elko New Market won a Reggie Award from Housing First Minnesota in the $800,000 to $899,999 category.
