Zawadski Homes is a Shoreview custom builder and remodeler founded in 1969, with Steve Zawadski taking ownership in 1997 from his father-in-law Walter Bauer. Across more than 55 years it has built custom, luxury, urban lake, and rebuild-on-your-lot homes around the Twin Cities, with roughly ten core staff.
Its Parade of Homes Dream Homes span 2009, 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022, and it currently builds at Elliott Crossing in Grant.
