Caliber Homes is a custom builder in Elk River led by president Brad Fritch, building in the northwest metro from Monticello to Cambridge since 1995. The president personally handles plan review, the final walk-through, and closing on each home.
Housing First Minnesota gave the firm a Reggie Award for its entry in the 2025 Fall Parade of Homes, and it returned to the 2026 Parade. It is a member of Housing First Minnesota, NAHB, and the Suburban Northwest Builder's Association, and currently develops Katie's Glen in Wyoming and the 14-lot Wind Dancer Estates in Zimmerman.
Every home includes a 10-year third-party warranty covering the full ten-year term.
