McNearney Custom Homes is a family builder in Lakeville now in its fourth generation: Robert McNearney's grandfather began building just after World War I, his father Jim ran the firm until 1988, and a fourth generation is in the business today — nearly a century of building in all.
It builds in the south metro, currently at Berres Ridge in Lakeville and in Apple Valley and Elko New Market, and is a Housing First Minnesota member. Its homes appeared in the Spring 2018 and Fall 2019 Parade of Homes.
