Parent Custom Homes is a family-owned builder in Ham Lake that has been building since 1978 and deliberately completes only 10 to 12 homes a year, working largely on referral and Parade of Homes exposure.
It builds in seven developments across the north metro: Elwell Farms and Hidden Forest East in Ham Lake, Adolfson River Estates in Coon Rapids, Shores of Sylvan Lake in Rogers, Sunset Lake in Hugo, Deer Island in Andover, and Galloway Estates in Champlin. Its homes have appeared in the Parade of Homes every year since 2023.
