Gonyea Custom Homes is a design-build luxury custom builder founded in 1987, working across the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro from offices in Golden Valley. It builds both in its own developments and on customer-owned lots, with related divisions that include Stonegate Builders and the Gonyea Transformations remodeling arm, and it runs a dedicated warranty service division for homeowners after closing.
The firm currently lists eight named developments: Hollydale in Plymouth, Koch Farm Sanctuary in Independence, The Woods on Halstead's Bay in Minnetrista, Creekside at Huntersbrook in Victoria, Elwell Farms in Ham Lake, The Reserve at Elm Creek in Maple Grove, Deephaven Park in Deephaven, and Rolling Green in Edina.
A Housing First Minnesota member and designated Green Path builder, Gonyea earned a Reggie Award for Design Excellence in 2018 and another Reggie in 2024 for its Spring Parade Dream Home model in Plymouth's Hollydale neighborhood. It showed in the 2024 Parade of Homes and holds two entries in the 2026 tour.
