It is a Housing First Minnesota member — one of its leaders served on the 2015 BATC board — and a designated MN Green Path builder, with a 2026 Parade of Homes entry certified Green Path Energy Tested, Advanced and Master. Its homes also appeared in the 2012 Fall Parade in Lakeville and Woodbury.
