Creative Homes is a Woodbury-based semi-custom and production builder founded in 2012 by CEO Nick Hackworthy, building single-family homes and association-maintained villas across the east and north Twin Cities metro and western Wisconsin, plus a build-on-your-lot division, Creative Custom. In 2025 it closed 219 units on over $142 million in revenue, ranking #8 on Housing First Minnesota's Top 25 Builders list.

A designated Green Path builder, the firm won a Reggie Award in 2017 — its sixth since 2014 — and again in 2023 and 2024.
