Great Northern Builders is a family-owned design-build contractor in Eagan, founded by Chris Biljan in 2009 and now a nine-person firm handling residential remodeling and new construction, commercial buildouts, and insurance restoration across the Twin Cities metro and western Wisconsin.
Housing First Minnesota has given it Remodeler of Merit Awards every year from 2019 through 2024 — across interior remodels, lower levels, exteriors, kitchens, and a whole-house project — and NARI Minnesota added three Contractor of the Year awards in 2021. The BBB of Minnesota and North Dakota named it a Torch Awards for Ethics finalist in 2019.
