In 2025 the division closed 733 units on over $338 million in revenue, ranking #4 on Housing First Minnesota's Top 25 Builders list — the same rank it held in 2022 on 742 units. M/I publishes Minneapolis pricing from the $300s to the $700s, with villas starting in the low $400s, including at Valley Crest in Shakopee.
The company states that its homes receive independent HERS energy testing with ENERGY STAR certification where they qualify, and it backs them with one year of customer care coverage and ten years of construction-defect coverage that transfers to a subsequent owner.
