Norton Homes is a luxury custom builder in Plymouth, building in west-metro communities and on clients’ own lots since 2004. Three partners — Chris Norton, Patrick Hiller, and Curt Norton — lead an eight-person team that includes an in-house interior designer and a dedicated one-year service specialist who conducts a walk-through after the first year of ownership.
Its current communities are Prairie Heights in Eden Prairie, Woodhaven in Minnetonka, Hilltop Prairie and Maple Plain Orchards in Independence, and Meadow Ridge Ponds in Plymouth. A to-be-built Executive Rambler at Hilltop Prairie is listed at $1,925,000, with the lot priced separately at $330,000.
