About Oak & Arrow Homes
Written from the sources aboveOak & Arrow Homes is a women-owned design-build firm based in Edina, led by founder Samantha Grose, taking on whole-home remodels and custom new builds across the Twin Cities. Its 'Mindfully Made' approach centers on healthy-home construction — low- and no-VOC materials, ERV ventilation, and indoor air quality — through a design-first process that avoids allowances.
The firm marked twenty years as a Housing First Minnesota member in 2024. Its remodels have toured twice with Housing First Minnesota events: the 2023 Artisan Home Tour in Minneapolis, and the Spring 2026 Remodelers Showcase in Edina, where its entry home is Green Path Advanced and Master certified through Xcel Energy.
Houzz has recognized the firm with fourteen Best of Houzz awards for design and service across 2012–2026.
