Quartersawn Design Build is a Minneapolis design-build remodeler founded in 2005 by Jeff and Leslie Nicholson, now 22 people working from a 10,000-square-foot studio in southwest Minneapolis. Each project is assigned a dedicated three-person team, and the firm limits how many it takes on at once.
Its work has appeared in Housing First Minnesota tours every year since 2021 — Remodelers Showcase entries in the spring and fall of most years, plus Artisan Home Tour and MSP Home Tour entries from 2024 onward.
