Schrader & Co. is a custom home design, construction, and renovation firm founded in 2005 by Andy Schrader, taking on projects from small remodels to large new builds from Edina, with a second location in Balsam Lake, Wisconsin. The firm deliberately builds and remodels a limited number of homes each year.
BATC named it Remodeler of the Year in 2012 and awarded it a ROMA for a whole-house remodel in 2013. Its remodels were featured on the Artisan Home Tour in 2019 in Wayzata and 2021 in Edina, and Houzz recognized it with Best of Houzz Design awards every year from 2012 through 2023. It lists affiliations with Housing First Minnesota and NARI.
