Denali Custom Homes is a luxury custom builder led by the husband-and-wife team of David and Jodie Bieker, building homes from 2,200 to over 12,000 square feet across the Twin Cities — particularly the Lake Minnetonka area — from its Wayzata office, with a renovation arm, Denali Renovations.
Its homes have twice been Spring Parade of Homes Dream Homes: in 2021 in Orono and in 2025 in White Bear Lake. The firm is a Housing First Minnesota member, cites LEED Silver certification, and earned Best of Houzz Design awards in 2015, 2016, and 2017.
