L. Cramer Builders + Remodelers has built and remodeled custom homes across the Twin Cities since 1978, working from Edina in the Edina, Wayzata, Orono–Lake Minnetonka, and Minneapolis lakes areas. Owner and president Greg Jurvakainen leads a twelve-person team of project managers, a superintendent, field supervisors, and office staff, and the firm says it has completed hundreds of one-of-a-kind custom homes.
It is a Housing First Minnesota member and has earned Best of Houzz Design awards in 2015 and 2023. The firm includes warranty and customer service beyond completion in what it calls the L. Cramer Advantage, though it does not publish term lengths.
