Lennar is a national production builder founded in 1954; its Minnesota division, based in Plymouth, has been the Twin Cities' largest builder by volume since 2006. On Housing First Minnesota's Top 25 Builders of 2025 list it closed 2,136 units — 1,644 single-family and 492 multifamily homes — on over $1.05 billion in gross revenue.
Its Twin Cities communities currently include Watermark in Lino Lakes, Westwind and Bridlewood Farms in Woodbury, North Meadows and Lexington Cove in Blaine, and Timber Creek in Carver, and in 2026 it broke ground on Enclave at Pebble Creek, a 55+ villa community in Rochester where homes start in the $300,000s.
Lennar is a Housing First Minnesota member — its vice president of forward planning was elected the association's 2025 board chair — and a designated Green Path builder with dozens of current Parade of Homes models. Every home carries the Lennar Limited Warranty: one year on workmanship, two years on systems, and ten years on structural elements.
