Locale Design Build is a Minneapolis design-build firm founded in 2015 by architectural designer Jim Scott, working on residential remodels, additions, and renovations across Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the inner-ring suburbs. Its three principals bring long individual records: Scott practiced architectural design in the Twin Cities for nineteen years before launching the firm, alongside a designer with over sixteen years and a remodeler with more than twenty.
The firm has won BLEND Awards in 2019, 2020, and 2021 and ROMA awards in 2019 and 2021, and its work was featured in Fine Homebuilding in 2022.
