Traditions by Donnay Homes is a small custom and luxury builder in Maple Grove run by Paul and Kate Donnay, descended from the Donnay Homes family business started in 1941 — the principal is the fourth generation of his family building in Minnesota. Rather than working in named developments, the firm builds scattered-site infill homes, with 52 completed houses listed across Edina, Minneapolis, Wayzata, Shorewood, Excelsior, Chanhassen, and Plymouth.
It has belonged to the Builders Association of the Twin Cities for over 25 years, is also a member of NAHB and NARI, and was recognized as a 2025 Designated Green Path Builder.
