Remodelers Showcase — Fall 2026

The Fall 2026 Remodelers Showcase runs October 2–4, 2026 — one weekend, Friday to Sunday: a tour of remodelled homes held with the Parade of Homes, on the Parade’s final weekend.
What the organiser has published
- Days and hours
- Friday to Sunday, October 2–4, 2026. Twin Cities homes are open noon to 6 p.m.; Rochester-area homes noon to 4 p.m., on the same three days.
- Admission
- Free, every home. The organiser charges only for its Dream Homes ($7 at the door), and walking its published entries on 2026-09-27, none of the 24 Showcase homes is one — both Dream Homes are on the Parade.
- Tickets
- None. The organiser’s Tour FAQ says the homes are open during tour hours and to walk right in; a few homes on its tours are by appointment and marked as such.

When is the Fall 2026 Remodelers Showcase?

Is the Remodelers Showcase free?
Yes. The organiser's Tour FAQ says touring is always free except for the Housing First Minnesota Foundation's Dream Homes, which charge $7 at the door. We walked the organiser's published entries on 2026-09-27: none of the 24 Showcase homes is a Dream Home (the only 2 are on the Parade). No tickets, no registration; confirm on the official site before you go.
Is the Remodelers Showcase part of the Parade of Homes?
It runs alongside it. The organiser calls it the Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase: the Parade shows newly built homes from September 11 – October 4, 2026, and the Showcase shows remodelled homes on its final weekend only. On 2026-09-27 the organiser's listing carried 276 Parade homes and 24 Showcase homes.
